The event uses baseball as a medium. By interacting with Hong Kong's first elderly baseball team, participants can understand the keys to intergenerational communication and collaboration, unlocking the advantages of age-inclusive teams. We aim to promote an age-inclusive culture with participants, enabling colleagues from different generations in the company to not just work together, but to co-create together.

“Thematic Orientation: Partnering for Growth”

The Caring Company Scheme aims at connecting businesses with community partners to spark collaboration and drive social development. We are thrilled to introduce a series of Stakeholder Engagement Activities – "Thematic Orientation: Partnering for Growth". This series of events will facilitate sharing and collaboration among businesses, NGOs, and social enterprises, focusing on five social agendas to explore innovative solutions for mutual benefits between society and corporations.This initiative is supported by Caring Company Patron’s Club.
Objectives:

- Provide a platform for cross-sector communication and learning to enhance stakeholders’ understanding of various social issues
- Connect the like-minded stakeholders on the same issues to facilitate synergy
- Facilitate collaboration and connection among cross-sector stakeholders for sustainable development
